What does "research use only" mean?+
Our products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition.
How are products shipped?+
Orders ship cold-packed with ice packs and desiccant in insulated mailers to protect peptide integrity in transit. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?+
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party lab via HPLC for purity and identity. A COA is included with your order and available on our Lab Results page.
How should peptides be stored?+
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a freezer (below -18°C / 0°F) until reconstitution, and kept away from light and moisture. Refer to the product-specific handling notes included with your COA.
What's your return policy?+
Because products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, we can only accept returns for items damaged in transit or shipped in error. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Do you ship internationally?+
