Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days via cold-pack, insulated mailers to preserve peptide integrity in transit. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within the US and Canada.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, we can only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, degraded in transit, or shipped in error. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-returnable

Once a vial has left our facility in good condition, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, as we cannot verify storage conditions after delivery.
